An oil catch can should be installed between breather hoses to clean air. The turbocharger, intercooler and intake manifold will be cleaner and thus operate at original specs unlike an intercooler clogged with oil.

Mishimoto oil catch cans have an internal filter which keeps breathers considerably cleaner than regular cans without filters.

At first the can should be emptied every 1000 km until you have established a baseline on how often the can needs to be emptied.

The 2-port model has one inlet and one outlet, where the 3-port model features two outlets.
