Bmw DISA valve for E46, E36, X3 (E83), Z4 (E85), E60/E61, E39 models. Vaico is the OE manufacturer of the BMW original DISA valves.
The DISA valve is a typical fault of the M52 and M54 engines. A faulty DISA will result in missing low-end torque and can result in a rattling sound coming from the intake. Usually unplugging a faulty DISA will stop the rattling.
Changing a DISA valve is easy, and can be done in around 30 minutes from above the engine. The effect on consumption and torque is considerable.
The product images are of the V20-1376 model, for the non-B30 M54 models. Other models are very similar, with the only difference being the diameter of the flap. The M52 model has a separate sealing O-ring, whereas the M54 models have a permanent seal (orange colour in pitures) moulded on the body.OE numbers, Vaico V20-1376 / non-330 M54BMW 11 61 7 502 269BMW 11 61 7 544 806BMW 7 502 269BMW 7 544 806EAN 4046001514319OE numbers, Vaico V20-1375 / 330 M54BMW 11 61 7 502 275BMW 11 61 7 544 805BMW 7 502 275BMW 7 544 805EAN 4046001515125OE numbers, Vaico V20-1374 / M52BMW 1 432 557BMW 1 440 049BMW 11 61 1 440 049BMW 11611432557EAN 4046001513541Specs:Material: Polyamid 6.6Gasket material: FPM (fuoro-rubber)/APM (polyacryl-rubber)
