Q: Can i pay in parts?

A: At this time we dont offer payment plans. We did that a while ago, but the problem was that most applications were rejected. We do offer credit card payments so you can pay in parts that way.

Q: Can i get brand "X" products through you?

A: Possibly yes. We have a ton of suppliers, and never say no to a sale if it's possible. Please ask our sales team.

Q: How can i pay

A: We accept credit card payments, bank transfers and PayPal transfers.

Q: What is the delivery time for a product, and do you have it in stock?

A: The average delivery time is listed with each product. We stock our products in a 150m2 warehouse where the most popular items are in stock. Less popular items need to be ordered in. Please ask our sales team for details.

Q: Id like to give you some feedback?

A: You are more than welcome to do that by email for example. We also want to hear from you if you have negative feedback since we cant really correct something if we dont know what to fix. You can also send anonymous feedback with our contact form by omitting your contact details.

Q: What happens when an order is made, what next?

A: Each order is handled by our staff, and you will get a shipping date as well as details. We dont just ship what you order, we prefer to double check it fits & you get what you actually need.

Q: Id like to order your newsletter or cancel it.

A: Just ask us to put you on the list. If you want to cancel it, just send us an email and we'll remove your email from our lists immediately.

Q: Can I arrange a group buy?

A: You're more than welcome to do that. Contact our sales for help and assistance.

Q: What if a part is broken?

A: You get a new one as long as the part wasn't incorrectly installed. Please contact our sales with details about your purchase. A few pictures never hurt as they tell a long story short.
