Making an orderYou have to be 18 years old, or if younger get a written permission of your parents.
Delivery and payment mehtods, and responsibity of items broken in shipment.
The up to date delivery and payment terms can be chosen from the checkout screen. For international orders, we currently use EMS Economy. If not otherwise stated, you are responsible for the payment and shipping charges, which are billed as-is per the carriers billing. Additional packing charges or similar fees are never added.
Order-on-demand items require a pre payment before we order them. Invoices are to be paid to our finnish or international accounts stated on the invoice.
If your items have been damaged in the transport, you should first document the damage with pictures and a written explanation of what is broken and what likely resulted in it. After documenting you should contact the carrier and issue a complaint with them. We will assist you if needed.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method due to some items requiring special carriage. Swaybars, strutbars, exhausts, bodykits and other items are examples of this policy as they sometimes require special handling.
ReturnsInternational returns are suspect to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for the freight fee.
As a rule of thumb, you are responsible for choosing the item that best suits your needs.
Reurned items should be in their original condition and unused. We do not accept used items as returns.
For deliveries that are returned to us because of the delivery was unsuccesful, we will issue a 20% restocking fee and the additional charges from the delivery back.
RegistryRace Performance Oy maintains a customer registry for the purpose of delivering orders. The registry contains the name and contact details of the customer, the ordered items, and emails.
Race Performance Oy can send a newsletter to an email. The letter can be cancelled at any time, or at ordering by informing us of not wanting to receive newsletters.
WarrantyWarranty terms, if any, are specified on the item's page. There is no warranty for competition products unless otherwise stated.
In reality, we always try to meet you half-way in warranty cases. For example if you bought a set of coilovers, and need new struts after 5 years we will issue them at our net pricing.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of the items without a separate notice. We are not responsible for any direct on indirect harm caused by the products.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCardPaytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution.
