Our telephones have a problem which our service provider is trying to solve as i write. At the time being, we suggest using email instead of telephones. When the problem is solved, we will issue a new notification when the problem is solved.
To be more specific, the problem either prevents us from hearing anything when we pick up the phone, or in case we can manage to hear something the call suddenly ends at ~2 minutes.
Our service provider had a similar problem in August 2010. The problem at that time was in a routing center in Helsinki.
