Ways of payment
For domestic orders we accept bank transfers into our accounts in Nordea and Osuuspankki. Cash-on-delivery is available for Matkauolto and Itella/Posti.
Cash is accepted on pickup.

For international orders we accept
SEPA or IBAN wiretransfer into our account in osuuspankki.
or
Paypal payments to our paypal account.

You will be informed with the payment instructions when we process your order. Please see that you check your email regularily as we send the invoice and payment details to the email address you provide us on checkout.

If not otherwise mentioned, we will not ask you to pay before the products are in stock. You may pay your order in advance to speed up shipping when the products arrive, but advanced payment is not a requirement when ordering from us unless the item in question is unusually expensive or hard to get.

Shipping
When you check out, you should choose the international shipping paired with either the wiretransfer or paypal payment option.

We have a few carriers available and will choose the cheapest rate for you. If you require an express shipment please tell us so on the additional details fiels on your order.
When we quote you the shipping price, you can still cancel your order if the freight fee is too high for you.

The freight fee you are charged will be based on the real expenses, and no additional handling or packing fees are added.
A good way of cutting down fees is to get a friend to order at the same time. The freight fees are usually only a little more for two items so you can save some money just by calling a friend.

Taxes or fees
No additional sales taxes are added to your order. Our prices include vat, and can be considered as final prices you will see on your invoice.
